Jim started the laboratory in Fort Wayne, Indiana in 2003 after working in the dental lab business for over 26 years. During this time, he has built a reputation of excellence and superb customer service.
He obtained his degree in Dental Technology from Indiana/Purdue, Fort Wayne and has achieved designations of Certified Dental Technician(CDT) and LVI Master Esthetic.
Jim studied with some of the world’s most skilled technicians and continues to keep abreast of technology to bring the best available options to our clients and their patients.

Kendra has been in the field since 2004 & joined our team in 2007. She has worked all areas of crown and bridge with a primary focus on cad cam and implants. Kendra is certified in Product Training Corporation and Institute of Oral Arts & Design.

Rachel has extensive knowledge in the continually growing orthodontic industry. She creates strong relationships and is known as a go to technician in the industry.

Carolyn has a strong background in Sales and Marketing. Her goal is to strengthen relationships with our current clients, as well as expand our customer base.
